1. Eligibility and Membership

  • Our laundromat operates on a member-access basis. Membership is free and available to individuals who accept and follow these Terms.
  • While no strict age limit is enforced for entry, members must be at least 16 years old to create and manage a laundry card. Minors under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
  • Membership may be revoked at any time at the discretion of management for any violations of these terms.

2. Code of Conduct

  • Members must treat one another, and all staff or service representatives, with courtesy and respect.
  • Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language or behavior toward others will result in immediate termination of membership and access to our facilities.
  • Members are expected to:
    • Use the machines and space responsibly.
    • Clean up after themselves.
    • Refrain from damaging or tampering with equipment.
    • Avoid leaving laundry unattended for excessive periods.

3. Use of Facilities

  • Huge Load Laundry is open 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 365 days a year.
  • Members access machines using our cashless LaundryCard system. Instructions are posted on-site and online.
  • Misuse of machines, such as overloading, using inappropriate materials, or attempting to circumvent payment systems, will lead to a loss of membership privileges and may result in liability for damages.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments are processed through our self-serve kiosk via credit/debit cards or mobile payment (Apple Pay / Google Pay).
  • All laundry card purchases are final. Refunds will only be issued in the case of machine malfunction and must be reported within 24 hours.
  • Huge Load Laundry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged laundry cards.

5. Liability

  • Use of our facilities is at your own risk.
  • Huge Load Laundry is not liable for:
    • Loss, theft, or damage to clothing or personal items.
    • Machine downtime or errors.
    • User mistakes such as selecting the wrong cycle or leaving laundry unattended.
  • Members are responsible for any damage they cause to the machines or property.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including the Huge Load Laundry logo, design elements, and written content, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Termination

  • Huge Load Laundry reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships without notice for violations of these terms.
  • Termination includes the deactivation of the member’s access card and loss of all remaining laundry card balance.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
